Police by helicopter rescued man, dog and five camels in Australia
Almost four hours lasted to rescue a man who went out for a walk with a dog and five camels. The rescue team had to use a helicopter, according to the BBC. The walk of a 38-year-old man, his dog and five camels in the suburb of Jameison in Victoria, Australia, almost ended in tragedy. As it became known, one of the camels in association with the rest lost balance, while the whole procession moved along a steep slope with shrubs, as a result of which both the caravan and its escorted, man and dog, fell from the height. The police officers who were notified of the incident sent a helicopter to the place of the fall. However, it was necessary to lift the animals back to the trail using special equipment and a rescue team. We are glad that everything ended well, said Fire Department spokesman Paul Horton. The Victoria State Police Department stated that it intended to clarify all the circumstances of the incident.
