Flawless date: how to vote for amendments to the Constitution

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the vote on amendments to the Constitution will be held on 1 July. This decision was taken after a meeting with members of the working group on the amendment of the basic law. In addition, the CEC head, Ella Pamfilova has suggested to hold a vote within seven days to minimize the threat of the spread of coronavirus. CEC plans to hold a vote in the premises and on the street, all the members of the election Commission will be tested for the virus.
