TikTok decided on the buyer of its assets in the United States, New Zealand and Australia and will announce the decision on September 1, reports CNBC. Meanwhile, due to a change in China's export legislation, the owner of the TikTok corporation ByteDance will have to obtain special permission from the PRC authorities before concluding a deal with the Americans.
