War criminal: why failed negotiations between Serbia and Kosovo

On 27 June the President of Kosovo Hashim Thaci was scheduled to arrive in Washington for talks with his Serbian counterpart Aleksandar Vucic. However, the trip was cancelled after the special prosecutors in the Hague accused Thaci, of war crimes during the armed conflict with Serbia.
