Terrorist squad surrendered to Nigerian troops

13 militants from the terrorist group Boko Haram (an organization whose activities are banned in the Russian Federation) surrendered to Nigerian troops, the press service of the Nigerian Armed Forces reports. It is reported that Nigerian troops carried out a clean-up operation from terrorists in the Bama region in northern Borno State. The operation was accompanied by both ground combat and massive air raids. During the operation, 13 militants surrendered to the military, as well as 26 members of their families. Now they are all under arrest. According to the news agency, on September 12, six civilians died in a terrorist attack in Cameroon.
