In the United States, Canadian citizen Pascal Ferrier, suspected of sending a letter with poison ricin to US President Donald Trump, said in court her innocence. This was reported by the CBC channel. Not a single new confirmed case of COVID-19 was detected on the territory of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in northwestern China, Xinhua News Agency reported on September 1. According to the regional health commission, no new asymptomatic cases of dangerous infection have also been detected in Xinjiang. Another 15 patients with a dangerous infection were discharged from the region for recovery for knocks.
